ya it has the same trans it will work for you

 

Pretty sure the convertors will interchange, but they are DIFFERENT trannies-94-95 have 47rh(h=hydraulic) and the 96-2002 have the 47re(e=electronic)

Sorry to say junk is junk buy a goerend and be happy or other comparable TC!
Think of all the miles on it and how was it treated?? These TC's were junk from the factory new so..... Your move! I know you want to save some money but the work and effort involved not worth it! Just my 2 cents worth!

I bought it today, a 6month old tripple disk built buy Pro torque. $300 plus I got an ATS commander. Their aint no way I'd be buying a used stockerLOL
